On 9 November, the representatives of local self-government of the city, neighbouring rural and settlement hromadas, oblast and rayon administrations, as well as experts of the central authorities, Association of Ukrainian Cities,  Luhansk LGDC under the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, gathered for the roundtable meeting in Sievierodonetsk of the Luhansk Oblast. The audience discussed perspective plan for the accession of hromadas to the city of Sievierodonetsk and a difficult situation with its implementation. The event took place due to “Facilitating Dialogue on Reforms in Ukraine” Project of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine, with the support of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, Association of Ukrainian Cities, and the Reform Office of the Cabinet of Ministers in Ukraine.
