The press conference on “Presentation of the manual “How to establish Administrative Service Centre from scratch in amalgamated hromada – experience of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme in the institutional ASC establishment” will take place on Thursday, 22 November, at 10:30 am, in the press center of the Interfax-Ukraine news agency.

“How to create ASC from scratch” is the first comprehensive guidebook in Ukraine, created by leading Ukrainian experts, which provides comprehensive recommendations on the institutional establishment of the ASC in hromada.
