The Association of Amalgamated Hromadas, State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, as well as the UNDP Project on “Removing Barriers to Increase Investment in Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings in Ukraine through the ESCO modality in Small and Medium Sized Cities” signed a memorandum of cooperation.

This was announced by Serhii Varha, UNDP Project Manager, at the press conference in Ukrinform.

“This memorandum is not just a document for us. We are ready to share all our experience with you as representatives of local authorities,” said Mr Varha. He briefed on the activities of the UNDP Project on “Removing Barriers to Increase Investment in Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings in Ukraine through the ESCO modality in Small and Medium Sized Cities”
