The service can be provided by the ASC specialists to the elderly, people with permanent and temporary health problems, as well as those for whom it is difficult to move.

The Lymanska amalgamated hromada is the first AH in the Donetsk Oblast to use this approach to service delivery to the population. It became possible due to mobile cases for remote ASC operation, received recently from the UNDP. On 27 November, the “Mobile Administrator” service performed its first field visit.
