Journalists awarded for their works on decentralisation topic in Khmelnytskyi Oblast

On the occasion of the Local Self-Governance Day, the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Council awarded winners of the oblast competition of journalist works on local self-governance and decentralisation.

The competition is being held by the Oblast Council on the methodology of the Council of Europe already for already the second time.

All winners were awarded with diplomas and monetary awards in the amount according to the category: the first prize – UAH 10 thousand, the second one – UAH 7 thousand, the third one – UAH 5 thousand in each of 4 nominations.
