With the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), three more administrative service centres in Dnipropetrovsk oblast have received mobile cases. These “case offices” make it possible to serve customers at home or at the hospital. Presently, twenty “mobile offices” already operate in Dnipropetrovsk oblast. According to Valentyn Reznichenko, head of Dnipropetrovsk oblast state administration, this is the highest number in Ukraine.
“Administrative services must have a high quality and be as close to citizens as possible. In Dnipropetrovsk oblast, citizens can receive them not only at the office, but also at home. For the residents of remote areas or for those who cannot get to the ASC for health reasons, administrative services are consolidated in a special mobile case. Our European partners help us get such “mobile cases” for our administrative service centres,” said Valentyn Reznichenko, head of Dnipropetrovsk oblast state administration.
