The Ukrainian decentralisation case can become one of the most successful ones in Europe. Claudia Luciani, head of the Directorate for Human Dignity, Equality and Governance at the Council of Europe made this statement in her interview for the “Espresso” TV channel during the Local Self-Government Forum and the 3rd Forum of Amalgamated Hromadas.

According to Claudia Luciani, she has been following the reform in Ukraine from its very beginning in 2014 and thinks that the reform results are amazing.
