On 11 December Valery Koroviy, head of the oblast state administration, together with Volodymyr Merezhko, director of the Department for International Cooperation and Regional Development of the OSA, visited the Illinetska urban amalgamated hromada.

Today, the Illinetska AH has many achievements, in particular, a modern waste sorting complex built on the hromada territory. In addition, the AH introduced a separate waste collection and placed special containers for plastic bottles.

In general, the work of the Illintsi waste sorting complex, the CE “Dobrobut”, is aimed at improving the system of disposal of solid household waste through an intermediate stage in the collection and sorting of used plastics, paper, glass and other solid household waste, which will contribute to the reduction of garbage accumulation on the territory of the Illinetska AH and other hromadas, as well as improve the system of housing and communal services, help change the attitude of residents towards the environment and improve the ecological situation on the AH territory.

The director of the CE “Dobrobut” told about the technology of waste recycling, starting from the waste receipt and organics separation in the sorting drum, following with further waste sorting and compaction.
