The possibilities of hromadas to use international assistance for the establishment of administrative service centres were discussed during the information session for potential participants in the 3rd and 4th Rounds of the Roll-Out Phase of of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s Support to Improved Administrative Service Delivery, held on 11 December.
