Overcoming distrust and passivity: tools of involving citizens in reforms implementation discussed in Odesa
The role of civil society in implementing reforms on the ground was discussed during a roundtable meeting, organised on 17 December by the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
