First steps of newly formed AHs: experts provided methodological recommendations and sample documents
The experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion created a manual for amalgamated hromadas, where the first elctions will be held on 23 December of this year.
The manual provides methodological guidance and sample documents for newly formed hromadas, as well as an algorithm of immediate steps the AH needs to take after its first elections.
