In the framework of the All-Ukrainian project “Inclusive education – level of consciousness of the nation” the communal institution “Inclusive and Resource Centre” was opened in the village of Stovpyahy of the Dyvychkivska amalgamated hromada in the Kyiv Oblast. From now on, 48 children from the age of 2 to 18 with special educational needs, who are the residents of this AH, will be able to acquire pre-school and general secondary education here.

The centre is located in the premises of a local school with a separate entrance.

“The children, who feel the care and support of the state, parents, teachers, look at the world in an absolutely different way, as far as these special kids have the right to a happy childhood, normal development, to be in the centre of our society. We will do our best to make our centre one of the best resource centres not only in Pereyaslav Rayon, but also in the Kyiv Oblast,” said Tymofiy Devko, head of the Divychkivska AH.
