A desk book for starostas of amalgamated hromadas was prepared in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast (DOWNLOAD 2,1 MB).

The book was published by the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Council, Khmelnytskyi Management and Law University, Khmelnytskyi Local Government Development Centre, Educational and Scientific Laboratory for the Study of Public Administration Issues and Decentralisation of Power of the Research Institute of State Construction and Local Self-Government of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.

The edition was prepared for publication by the representatives of the Khmelnytskyi LGDC.
