Participants of the Youth Council in the Chopovytska hromada began working on the project of creating a Youth Centre in the premises of the local culture house. The children, together with participants of the NGO “Dobra Sprava”, chose the idea of ​​creating such a youth space, as it would form right conditions for the development of children and implementation of ideas.

“We want not only traditional events to be held in this culture house. It should be a dynamic and creative youth centre, a space for ideas and development, entertainment and work. And our team is ready to join the work”, convinced Yulia Kyryk, student of Chopovytsi school.

Dmytro Klymenko, communications adviser of the Zhytomyr Local Government Development Centre, established by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion,assists in the project preparation. In November 2018, the expert conducted trainings for high school pupils at hromada schools, and on 4 February 2019 helped to develop the project.
