More than 3 million hromada residents to have access to quality administrative services at ASCs established with support of U-LEAD with Europe Programme
More than 3 million hromada residents from all over Ukraine will have access to quality administrative services as a result of establishment and modernisation of ASCs within the first and second rounds of the Roll-Out Phase of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme's support to improved administrative service delivery.
It will be possible due to implementation of 210 ToRs for ASC establishment and modernisation, developed by the Programme experts.
