On 13 February, the Government approved changes to the Perspective plan for hromadas’ formation in the Volyn Oblast.

The Pespective plan is supplemented by the Hirkopolonkivska and Huto-Borovenska hromadas, which have already had their first elections on 23 December 2018, and the Velykohluyinanska AH is added. The Dernivska, Krymnenska, Polytsivska and Svityazka AHs were removed.

Making the appropriate changes to the Perspective plan will enable hromadas, that will amalgamate according to the Perspective plan and will be recognised as capable ones, to switch to direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget.
