Presentation of the results of the all-Ukrainian sociological study “Decentralisation and Reform of Local Self-Government among the Population of Ukraine and Amalgamated Hroamdas” will take place on 4 March.
The study was conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, commissioned by the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine” in cooperation and coordination with Council of Europe experts, local self-government specialists and the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine. In the course of the research during November-December 2018, the socio-political sentiments of the residents of all regions of Ukraine were examined through questionnaires.
