Mostivska rural amalgamated hromadas was one of the first AHs in Domanivsky rayon of Mykolaiv oblast. Prior to amalgamation, representatives of the interested village councils came to a professional evaluation to check the potential capability of the future hromada. Finally, three councils representing 14 villages decided to hold their joint local elections. Starting in 2017, the new AH engaged in a direct relationship with the state budget and took over new responsibilities. Within two years, the total budget of the amalgamated hromadas had increased almost tenfold from UAH 3 million to UAH 33 million.
