On 28 March the public hearings took place, where Rozvazh village residents decided whether to support the initiative of the village head on hromada’s accession to the city of oblast significance of Ostroh.

According to Mykhailo Shelep, decentralisation advisor of the Rivne Local Governmnet Development Centre, benefits of such accession are evident.

More than 90% of the hromada members present at the hearings supported the initiative to join the city.
