This is reported by the Association of Ukrainian Cities, referring to the changes made by the Government to the Provision on data sets subject to disclosure in the form of open data. The AUC also announces the approval of the Procedure for the annual evaluation of the state of disclosure and updating of open data by information administrators.

The Association informs on precision of the titles of some data sets, as well as introduction of a number of new ones. In particular, from now on, local self-government bodies, as information administrators, defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, provide publishing and further updating of data sets on their official web-sites (the list of data is available in Ukrainian).

The Government portal has not yet published the Procedure of the annual evaluation of the state of disclosure and updating of open data by information administrators on the Unified State Open Data Web-Portal. The AUC informed that evaluation will be carried out annually by the State Agency for E-Governance in two stages: a survey of information administrators and analysis of survey and evaluation results.
