Local budget revenues over the 1st quarter of 2019 increased up to UAH 60.4 billion

As of the 1st quarter of 2019, the general fund of local budgets of Ukraine increased by UAH 8.9 billion (+17.2%) compared to the same period in 2018, and made up UAH 60.4 billion, as reported by Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.

In particular, the PIT inflow amounted to UAH 35.9 billion, which is UAH 23 billion more than last year. The highest growth of personal income can be seen in the Donetsk (31.9%), Kyiv (28.2%) and Vinnytsia (26.2 %) Oblasts.

The land payment made up UAH 7.6 billion, that is by 23% or UAH 1.4 billion more than the in same period last year. The highest growth of rates was provided by the Zakarpattia (51.3%), Luhansk (40.3%), and Dnipropetrovsk (39.6%) Oblasts.

The revenue surplus from single tax amounted to UAH 8.8 billion (increased by UAH 1.6 billion or 22.8%).

At the same time, as of 1 March 2019, the balance of local budgets of Ukraine in the general fund amounted to UAH 46.0 billion (as of 1 January 2019 - UAH 31.8 billion), including UAH 41.9 billion on treasury accounts, and UAH 4,1 billion – on deposit accounts.
