Participants of the Programme will receive support in the ASC establishment and modernisation in their hromadas. This is the last round for applications for Programme’s assistance.

Who can apply?

• amalgamated hromadas with a population from 5,000 to 100,000 people, where the first elections have taken place;
• AHs with a population from 5,000 to 100,000 people, where the first elections have not yet taken place;
• territorial hromadas with a population of 5,000 to 100,000 people, which according to the perspective plan of the oblast for the formation of hromadas’ territories, are the administrative centres of the future AHs;
• AHs with a population over 100,000 people;
• territorial hromadas (with no population limitations), that initiate cooperation of territorial hromadas in the field of administrative services.
