One more amalgamated hromada with an administrative centre in the city of oblast significance was formed in the Poltava Oblast. Members of the Horishni Plavni City Council agreed on a draft decision “On voluntary accession to the hromada of the city of oblast significance”, by which a voluntary accession of the Keleberdy and Salivka rural hromadas to the Horizhnyoplavnivska urban AH was approved.
