Applications for U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s assistance in ASC establishment or modernisation are accepted by 30 June.

The fourth (last) round of selection can involve hromadas from 24 oblasts of Ukraine with a population of 5,000 to 100,000 residents.

Applications for the establishment of territorial branches of ASC and remote workplaces around the hromada’s administrative centre may also be submitted by hromadas with a population of more than 100,000 inhabitants.

Hromadas-initiators of intermunicipal cooperation in the field of administrative service delivery can apply without restrictions on population number.
