Cooperation of hromadas is an effective territory development tool. This is evidenced by the experience of AHs that have used the opportunity to combine their efforts and finances to jointly resolve issues that are difficult cope with alone.

975 hromadas are already actively using the mechanism of cooperation in various spheres. They concluded more than 380 intermunicipal cooperation agreements. “Jointly” programme of the “UA: Pershyi” TV channel features concrete examples of cooperation of the Poltava, Ternopil and Sumy Oblast’s hromadas.
