The “Romashka” pre-school education facility has been opened in the village of Kuyalnyk, that is part of the Kuyalnytska AH in the Podilsk Rayon of the Odesa Oblast. The opening follows a major overhaul of the facility. According to the Odesa Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, the overhaul was co-financed from the oblast budget and the hromada’s budget.
