The Third International Forum of Youth Centres “From Initiative to Action” will officially start on 23 May. The organiser of the Forum is the Ministry of Ukraine for Youth and Sports acting in partnership with the Kyiv Oblast State Administration, the Association of Youth Centres of Ukraine and the UNICEF in Ukraine.
