Mykolayiv Oblast can build up effective territorial basis for local self-government to replace underperforming hromadas
The oblasts of Ukraine continue their efforts to shape the model of the administrative structure of hromadas and rayons. In Mykolayiv, the responsible inter-institutional regional working group held a meeting to prepare proposals concerning the administrative and territorial order of the basic and rayon level in the Mykolayiv Oblast.
