How to involve hromada residents in ASC's work – guidelines
Last week, a team of U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s support to improved administrative service delivery presented a manual on informing and involving population in the ASC’s work. If everyone is well informed in your hromada and residents already know how the Administrative Service Centre works, it's time to start engaging them in its work.
Here is a quick guideline to using key tools for engaging residents.
