The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has released its resolution “On Amendments to the Procedure of Partial Allocation of Revenues from the Excise Tax on Fuel Produced in Ukraine and Imported to Ukraine to the General Fund of Municipal Budgets in 2019”. The resolution sets up the distribution of revenues from the excise tax to the general fund of municipal budgets in the second half of 2019. The share of revenues to be allocated to the municipal budgets has been set in accordance with the volume of fuel sold by retail companies on the territory of the respective hromadas in the first half of 2019 based on the data of sale loggers.
