We invite you to the opening of two new Administrative Service Centres established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme in the Merefyanska and Chasovoyarska hromadas. 

7 September, 7:00 pm – an Administrative Service Centre will open in the Merefyanska amalgamated hromada, Kharkiv Oblast, that has a population of 26,000 residents. The AH successfully cooperated with the Programme in the institutional set-up of the ASC and received a full equipment of 14 workplaces. The ASC opening ceremony will be held at the following address: 2b, Kultury Str., Merefa city, Kharkiv Rayon, Kharkiv Oblast.

10 September, 2 pm – an Administrative Service Centre will open in the Chasovoyarska amalgamated hromada of the Donetsk Oblast. The AH with a population of 13,3 thousand residents, cooperated with the Programme in the institutional establishment of the ASC and received the “Vulyk” e-document circulation system. Overhaul of the premises and equipment of the ASC with all the necessary equipment were carried out at the expense of hromada and the State Fund for Regional Development. The ASC opening ceremony will be held at: 2, Tsilynnykiv Str., Chasiv Yar city, Bakhmut Rayon, Donetsk Oblast.

The ASC in the Merefyanska and Chasovoyarska AHs will provide access to quality administrative services to almost 36,000 hromada residents.
