SKL International announces a competition for selection of a consultant to create a Handbook on Inter-municipal Cooperation (hereinafter IMC) between hromadas for implementing the U-LEAD with Europe Programme - Ukraine Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme to improve the quality of providing administrative services, Roll-Out Phase.

Location: Kyiv city.

Business trips: possible, region – Ukraine.

Terms of cooperation: September - November 2019.

A person who is supposed to take this position will sign a contract to provide consulting services for a period of 15 days.

The purpose of the contract

Based on best practices, IMC agreements, Terms of Reference and other Programme documents, it is necessary to create methodological materials for hromadas that have completed and are still in the process of amalgamation due to inter-municipal cooperation in the field of administrative services.

The interested candidates should submit proposals consisting of the mentioned below documents to SKL International no later than 5 p.m. of 24 September 2019 to the email address: ulead@sklinternational.se:

• Short justification of the candidate's compliance with the requirements of this position (no more than one page of A4 format).
• Current resume with mentioning the relevant work experience and qualifications.
• Term of period when a candidate can start performing the duties.

This announcement of the competition for the position is issued on 11 September 2019. Interviews with candidates are planned to be conducted in person or through Skype in the period from 25 to 30 September 2019.
