In the second issue of the new international season called “Million-Hryvnia Hromada. Specialists”, the hromadas exchanged tourism professionals. A woman-boss with a big working experience from Novohrad-Volynskyi, which is in the Zhytomyr Oblast, went into a small Terebovlyanska hromada in the Ternopil Oblast. She was replaced by a young creative director of the museum. Will the conservative methods affect the young people? Will a travel startup take on a team of eight accountants?
