The final 5th season of free professional workshops of the Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils (UAROR) under the PULSE Project started in October. The training period will continue until September 2020, covering all Ukraine.

The topic of the workshops was determined on the basis of a nationwide survey of the UAROR community.

The main directions are the reform of local self-government and healthcare, within which each oblast has specified the necessary topic.

The format of the events is slightly different from previous seasons. This time, in addition to the already familiar regional workshops, cluster healthcare classes were added, where the moderator gives homework.

Programmes of activities are based on the analysis of legislation, ways of its application and practical tips for organising work. Professional workshops are interactive and use visualisation. Duration – 4 hours.
