On 9 November, the electoral process of the first election of mayors and deputies of local councils started in 6 amalgamated hromadas.

• in 3 AH of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast,
• in 1 AH of the Lviv Oblast,
• in 1 AH of the Sumy Oblast,
• in 1 AH of the Chernivtsi Oblast.

In addition, on 9 November, the electoral process of additional elections of deputies of the Karpivka village council of the Shyroke Rayon, Bozhedarivka village council of the Krynychanka Rayon and the Sofiyivka village council of the Sofiyivka Rayon of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast began.

Elections in these AHs are appointed for 29 December 2019.
