On 15 November, a modern joint Administrative Service Centre was opened in Kozyatyn, Vinnytsia Oblast, modernised with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. This is the fifth ASC in the oblast, that has received assistance from the Programme and will now deliver more than 330 administrative services to nearly 60,000 residents of the hromada and rayon. An expanded list of services includes registration of civil status documents, residence, land, legal and natural persons, social protection services, as well as issuance of foreign passports and ID cards.
The Programme supported creation of 19 workplaces at the Centre, 12 of which are equipped with furniture and computer appliances for customer service. The ASC also has an electronic queue management system. All ASC employees have undergone advanced training specifically developed by the Ukrainian and Swedish experts of U-LEAD with Europe.
