New ASC started work in Vyshnivska AH

On 18 November, new Administrative Service Centre and two remote working places of ASC administrators created with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme started their work in the Vyshnivska AH of the Volyn Oblast. The ASC will provide residents of 18 settlements of the hromada with 114 administrative services being essential for AHs, including registration of civil status acts, places of residence, land issues, services of social protection and so on.

The ASC is located on the first floor of the newly constructed administrative building, for the creation of which the Vyshnivska hromada allocated over UAH 9 million from the local budget. The new ASC is available for people with disabilities and has a children's playground. The design project for the new premises of the Centre was developed by experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. The Programme also equipped six workplaces of the Centre with furniture and computers.

The Programme’s support continues and in the nearest future the ASC will gain access to a modern software system for work automation - "Vulyk" developed by the EGOV4UKRAINE Project within the framework of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. All employees will be trained in working with the “Vulyk”.

By the end of the year, seven more Administrative Service Centres will be opened in the Volyn Oblast with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
