On 3 December, a modern Administrative Service Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, was opened in Tatarbunary, Odesa Oblast. The ASC provides 11,000 residents of the urban hromada with access to 133 services. In the new ASC, hromada residents can get the most popular services, such as registration of civil acts, residency, real estate, business, social security services, as well as receive a passport and ID card.

Programme’s support continues and in the nearest future the ASC will gain access to a state-of-the-art work automation software package “Vulyk” developed by the EGOV4UKRAINE project within the framework of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. All employees will be trained in working with Vulyk.
