On 4 December, the Vylkivska urban AH of the Odesa Oblast hosted the opening of a new Administrative Service Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
Due to the new ASC and two remote working places in the villages of Desantne and Myrne, 12,000 hromada residents will not overcome a 70-km distance to the rayon centre to get administrative services. Now the most necessary services, including social and pension services, registration of real estate, business, land plots and acts of civil status, will be available in the modern centre in the city of Vylkove and at remote working places.
The hromada repaired premises for the ASC at the expense of the infrastructure subvention. The Centre is adapted for the needs of persons with disabilities. Experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme provided institutional support for the establishment of the effective administrative service delivery system and integrating 112 services to the main ASC office and 64 services at remote working places. 9 employees of the Centre and remote workplaces passed a special 5-module training. All working places were equipped with furniture and hardware with the support of the Programme.
The Programme’s support continues and in the nearest future the ASC will gain access to the modern “Vulyk” software work automation system developed by the EGOV4UKRAINE Project within the framework of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. All employees will be trained in working with the system.
With the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, three proper ASCs have already been opened in the Odesa Oblast. By the end of the year, two more Administrative Service Centres will be established in the oblast.
