On 17 December the U-LEAD with Europe Programme will hold consultations on the future of the ASCs of rayon state administrations.

We recall that the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services” envisages mandatory existence of ASCs of rayon state administrations. Accordingly, in the event of liquidation of the RSAs, a well-founded vision of the future ASC of the rayon state administration and continuous access to the administrative services are required. It is also important to make use of available resources in this sector (including personnel, premises, equipment, etc.).

The event will be held on 17 December 2019 at 10.00 in the House of Decentralisation (Kyiv, 20 Zhytomyrska Str.), Poltava Hall.
