Better and more accessible services: Omelnytska AH modernised its ASC

The ASC increased the list of services from 87 to 152, including registration of residence and civil status acts, social protection and notary services, provision of information from the state land cadastre, pension services and more.

The ASC has eight workplaces, each equipped with state-of-the-art IT appliances and furniture. The work of the centre is organised in the one-stop shop format. More than 5.5 thousand hromada residents have access to quality administrative services in comfortable environment.

The premises of the ASC were renovated with the financial support of GIZ. The team of employees has completed a five-module training programme developed by the Ukrainian and Swedish experts.

The ASC and remote workplaces were also equipped with a modern software system for work automation "Vulyk", developed by the EGOV4UKRAINE project within the framework of  the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. All employees will be trained in working with the system.
