Announcement! Two hromadas of Luhansk Oblast will receive modern mobile ASCs
On December 19, 2019, a solemn transfer of two modern mobile Administrative Service Centres (ASCs) to Bilovodska and prospective Kreminska AHs, organized within the framework of the United Nations Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme (UN RPP) and European Union funding will take place in Severodonetsk.
