Thanks to the project 'School 3.0: Amalgamated Hromadas', Zhovtanetska AH has come up with an idea to establish a Headmaster Club holding regular meetings to discuss priority issues, share best practices and advice, and build up a common line of hromada education development.
According to Iryna Vus, Head of the Department of Education, it is due to the headmasters' collaboration that a strategy for hromada education development has been successfully built.
