Since the summer of 2019, over 100 Administrative Service Centres have been operating in Ukrainian hromadas, established and upgraded within the U-LEAD with Europe Programme's Roll-Out Phase.
It is too early to draw conclusions about their activities so far. At the same time, thanks to the annual monitoring of ASCs established as part of the Inception Phase, we have developed certain guidelines for their effective work:
- 80% of hromada residents contact ASC within a year, -
40 people out of 100 address the ASC for advice,
- one ASC employee provides services for about 2,000 residents per year.
Learn more in the information graphics. Read the full version of the monitoring here.
