In December 2019, the Center for Business Support and Entrepreneurship Development with the assistance of USAID Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) was established in Starosaltivska Settlement Amalgamated hromada.

The Center for Business Support was created jointly by DOBRE Program and Starosaltivska hromada. “... I believe that the Center will become a catalyst for business and tourism development in our hromada,” said Eduard Konovalov, the Head of Starosaltivska hromada.

“… The Center for Business Support should give advice and contact all services that are of entrepreneurs’ interest. Assistance in business plan development, set-up of own business, assistance in technical support. It should become a place where people can meet, consult, find common ground and touch points; the place, where hromada will grow stronger and wealthier,” said Vitalii Yurkiv, USAID DOBRE Local Economic Development specialist.
