Poltava Oblast accepts now journalistic works 'Reforming local self-government and territorial organisation of power as the way to sustainable hromadas' development' for the best coverage of local self-government reforming, decentralisation of power and best practices of Poltava Oblast's AHs.
To participate in the competition, fill out an online application on the website of the Department of Information Activities and Public Relations of the Poltava Oblast State Administration by 1 April this year, with an article or audio-/video recording attached as a link, uploaded to the cloud file-sharing services or to YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud with free access.
