What are social services, and will the new law work?

On January 1, the new Law of Ukraine “On social Services” entered into force. The Deputies adopted the Law in January last year. However, the entry into force was postponed till 2020, due to the fact that the novelties the Law introduced required a range of subordinate normative legal acts.
