Regional media contests on decentralisation following the Council of Europe methodology started in Kharkiv and Poltava oblasts
On 3 January 2020 the Poltava regional media contests “Reforming Local Self-Government and Territorial Organisation of Power - the Way to Sustainable Development of Communities” started. The Contest will be organised for the second time by the Poltava Oblast Council.
On 20 January 2020 priorities of the Kharkiv regional media contests “Success Stories of Communities” announced. The Contest will be organised for the fourth time by the Kharkiv Oblast Council.
Award ceremonies of both contests will be organised in the framework of the celebrating Journalist Day in Ukraine on 6 June 2020 with participation of the Council of Europe representatives.
