MinRegion is currently considering 7 perspective plans submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the oblast state administrations of the Volyn, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Rivne, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi and Chernivtsi Oblasts.

 ‘Today we have discussed draft perspective plan of the Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi and Chernivtsi Oblasts. Mainly they comply with the legislation and the Methodology, except for several hromadas, the capability criteria of which approach the critical ones. We are able to eliminate these divergences by submitting our conclusions and recommending the oblast state administrations to review their propositions’, - claimed Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
