The Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils has prepared its version of Constitutional amendments on decentralisation

Powerful local self-government at all levels of administrative arrangement, balanced supervision over the local authorities’ activity and resources for the powers and authority – these are the main provisions, underlying the text of the draft of the Law of Ukraine On Amending the Constitution of Ukraine on the Local Self-Government, developed by the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils.
